Industrial Bearings

From tiny servomechanisms to heavy industrial equipment, IBSCO is fully stocked with the industrial bearings users need most. Our specialty is matching applications to the right bearing for maximum cost savings.

KBC: top quality

For electric motors IBSCO focuses on KBC bearings, highly precise deep groove ball bearings that are designed for extra smoothness and quiet running. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art Korean plant for optimum cost efficiency, KBC products are available in radial, thrust, high temperature and angular contact designs.

Improvements through relubrication

  • Class 100 Clean Room
  • Centrifuged oil lubrication
  • Vacuum impregnation of cages
  • Grease packing
  • Grease and oil plating

IBSCO is widely recognized by industrial users for the quality and scope of its relubrication services, including a Class 100 Clean Room certified annually to ISO 14644-1 and ISO 14644-2.
Relubrication options include centrifuged oil for low torque applications, plus vacuum impregnation to prevent leaching of oil from the lubricant. IBSCO uses precision grease packing equipment to control the level of fill within 0.5mg. if specified. Oil and grease plating techniques are used to greatly lower the torque values of traditionally grease-packed or oil-lubricated bearings

Industrial application experts

The quickest practical route to an industrial bearing solution is through a knowledgeable IBSCO bearing application engineer. Their input can make both new applications and bearing retrofits easier, while lowering unit costs. Contact us for full particulars, or for a cost estimate on your next bearing project.
