Clean Room options

The centerpiece of IBSCO capability is a clean room facility that leads the bearing industry in technology, created to fulfill the highly specialized requirements of aerospace, medical and military customers.

The Clean Room Lubrication Center is class 100, and recognized by both NHBB and NMB as a Factory Authorized Lubrication Center. Utilizing sophisticated lubrication materials to yield components that function in extremely high or low temperature environments, the facility is certified annually to ISO 14644-1 and ISO 14644-2.
Shop Services include the grinding of duplex pairs, application of special lubrication (including vacuum impregnation, grease plating and oil plating) and the modification of standard bearings to meet unique physical or performance requirements.
