Manufactured with a proprietary heat treating process, DD400™ miniature and instrument bearings equal or surpass AISI bearings in hardness and corrosion resistance while offering superior low-noise characteristics.
AISI 400C
This hardened, martensitic stainless steel is the standard choice for a wide variety of military and commercial applications, especially those that require corrosion resistance from room temperature to mid-hot environments.
